Increasing globalization and worldwide contact between organizations, companies and individuals places new requirements to people. Multi-cultural teams and working groups became substantial components of modern organisational structures. Different cultures meet, and everyone is confronted with innumerable cultural phenomena, and so it naturally can come to misunderstandings.
